I’ve been working with leaders for more than 30-years—hundreds of them…
Although we created unusually good results in our group work, I recognised that leaders had:
It struck me that these leaders would reap huge benefits from customised development in a more intimate setting. They were crying out for conversations sculptured especially for them, which directly tackled their individual wants, needs, fears and concerns.
That’s when I began working with leaders one-on-one. And that’s when really sizeable and lasting shifts began. Through our individual, focused work we could get directly to the crux of what the leader was battling with.
For eleven years I was with a well-known consulting house, the last six as a partner. Since 1989 I’ve run my own boutique human resource development company.

I was awarded the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential by the International Coach Federation (ICF) in 2001 in recognition of my training, applied skills and experience. I’ve held roles on ICF’s international Ethics Review Board, International Credentialing Committee and Australia & New Zealand Board.
