Purpose

We take your privacy seriously.
The purpose of this policy statement is to tell you what information Leading Performance
Pty Ltd collects from you, how and when we collect it and what we do it with it.
In this policy “we” and “our” refers to Leading Performance Pty Ltd and its team. “You” and
“your” refers to Leading Performance’s clients, prospective clients and other contacts.

How we collect your information

We may collect your information when:

  • You request to receive our online or hard copy blogs and other publications
  • You contact us by email, telephone or mail
  • We invite you to connect via LinkedIn
  • You visit our website
  • We provide you with our services.

What types of information we collect

We collect and store two categories of information about you:

  1. General information and
  2. Sensitive information.

The general information about you we might collect are:

  • Contact details—for example your name, address, email and telephone numbers
  • Service requests—requests by you to receive our blogs, hard copy publications and
    information about our services.

We might collect the following sensitive information about you if you are a client of ours:

  • Billing information—your credit card or bank account details you want to use to pay
    for the services we provide to you
  • Emergency contact details—that we can contact in case of an emergency involving
    you
  • Career history—current position, employment history, career goals, educational
    achievements, etc
  • Personal details—that are relevant to your coaching program and your development
  • Case notes—regarding the topics of your coaching program, action items, etc
  • Results of psychological assessments—that you complete with third parties as a part of the services we provide to you.

By giving us this information, you agree that we may use this information in accordance
with this Privacy Policy.

How we use your information

We use your general information:

  • To provide you with our blogs and information about our services. (You may
    unsubscribe from these communications at any time.)
  • To keep in touch with you when we no longer provide you with services. (You may
    request, at any time, that you not to contacted.)

We use your sensitive information:

  • To provide you with our services
  • To bill you for our services.

How we store and retain your information

General information about you is stored online in encrypted, cloud-based databases
protected by password provided by third party entities using industry standard data
protection protocols in place.

Sensitive information about you is stored in hard copy and retained in our offices for periods
prescribed by law (generally seven years after the services have ceased to be provided). We
will destroy your sensitive information in a secure manner e.g. shredding the information.

How we share your information

We use third party service providers:

  • To provide psychological assessments and other diagnostic processes
  • For billing and banking purposes.

We only provide to these third parties the minimum necessary amount of general
information about you in order for them to provide their services and when we have your
permission.

In addition, we use third parties to perform support business functions such as cloud-based
data storage and IT support. We share general information about you with these third-party
service providers, only as necessary, so that they can provide their services to us and help us
perform our contract with you.

We will not share your information with your sponsoring employer unless we have your
express permission to do so.

With the exceptions described above, we will not sell, lease, rent or give away your
information to any other entity.

We will only provide your information to regulatory authorities, as a result of legal
proceedings, if required by law to do so.

How you can access and review your information

Using the “How to contact us” details below, you may:

  • Request to view information we have stored about you
  • Request details of our current service providers
  • Challenge the accuracy or completeness of information we have stored about you.
    (You are entitled to have inaccurate or incomplete information corrected,
    completed or deleted.)

What happens if we change this policy

This policy may change at any time to reflect our current practices. If these changes are
material, we will advise you by email.
