    The Engaging Female Leader Questionnaire

    …Find out how you can be totally inspiring & sought-after…

    Question 1: Proven Approaches

    As a leader, to what extent do you use proven tools and frameworks, rather than a hit-and-miss approach?

    • Your current practices and behaviours:   {How would you rate yourself today, on a scale of 1-12?:1}
    • Your ideal practices and behaviours:         {Where would you like to be in 12 months time, on a scale of 1-12?:2}          Totally inspiring and sought-after leaders always use proven tools and frameworks. It’s essential that they have access to a library of proven approaches so they can feel confident that they can deal with anything that comes up.

    Question 2: Uplifting Feedback

    How regularly do you receive objective, uplifting feedback from leadership specialist?

    • Your current practices and behaviours:   {How would you rate yourself today, on a scale of 1-12?:4}
    • Your ideal practices and behaviours:         {Where would you like to be in 12 months time, on a scale of 1-12?:5}              It’s crucial that you regularly receive uplifting feedback so you can keep refining your practices and behaviours.

    Question 3: Practice in Safety

    How often do you practice your difficult communications with a leadership expert, in private?

    • Your current practices and behaviours:   {How would you rate yourself today, on a scale of 1-12?:7}
    • Your ideal practices and behaviours:         {Where would you like to be in 12 months time, on a scale of 1-12?:11}              So you can put your “best foot forward” when in public, it’s essential that you practice difficult communications, privately, with an expert. All leaders encounter difficult situations every so often—and it’s crucial that you refine your approach before you’re “on display”.

    Question 4: Highly Influential

    How certain are you that you expertly influence people, regardless of who they are and your relationship with them

    • Your current practices and behaviours:   {How would you rate yourself today, on a scale of 1-12?:14}
    • Your ideal practices and behaviours:       {Where would you like to be in 12 months time, on a scale of 1-12?:15}              It’s essential that you’re an expert influencer. It’s the primary part of a leader’s job. You need a persuasive, influential approach and style that you feel comfortable with.

    Question 5: Rich Relationships

    To what degree do you map your relationships in order to find enrichment opportunities?

    • Your current practices and behaviours:   {How would you rate yourself today, on a scale of 1-12?:18}
    • Your ideal practices and behaviours:       {Where would you like to be in 12 months time, on a scale of 1-12?:19}              It’s vital you regularly map your relationships and discover enrichment opportunities. Totally inspiring leaders maximise the rapport and trust in all of their relationships. They’re able to maximise rapport and trust because they have a system for identifying which of their relationships can be enriched—and how they can go about it.

    Question 6: Handle Tricky Situations

    To what degree do you immediately step-up and confront tricky situations?

    • Your current practices and behaviours:   {How would you rate yourself today, on a scale of 1-12?:22}
    • Your ideal practices and behaviours:       {Where would you like to be in 12 months time, on a scale of 1-12?:23}              Inspiring leaders never side-step. They courageously and quickly confront all tricky situations. That’s partly because they use a model and have a plan about how they’ll deal with difficulties.

    Question 7: Personal Clarity

    How clearly have you described, in writing, how you’ll be when you’re 100% proud of who you are as a leader?

    • Your current practices and behaviours:   {How would you rate yourself today, on a scale of 1-12?:26}
    • Your ideal practices and behaviours:       {Where would you like to be in 12 months time, on a scale of 1-12?:27}              It’s crucial that leaders have clarity on their end-game. They therefore need to know how they’ll be when they’re 100% proud of who they are as a leader—and know where they’re well on track and less-well on track.

    Question 8: Aligned Values

    To what degree have you identified, and listed, at least 10 values that are important to you in your career?

    • Your current practices and behaviours:   {How would you rate yourself today, on a scale of 1-12?:30}
    • Your ideal practices and behaviours:       {Where would you like to be in 12 months time, on a scale of 1-12?:31}              It’s critical to have a clear understanding of your career values—so as you can align your career direction with what’s important to you. Feeling like you’re out of step with your values makes life very difficult.

    Question 9: Certain Pathway

    To what degree have you used a template to specify what your ideal job looks like—and used that template when considering a possible career move?

    • Your current practices and behaviours:   {How would you rate yourself today, on a scale of 1-12?:33}
    • Your ideal practices and behaviours:       {Where would you like to be in 12 months time, on a scale of 1-12?:34}              For you to feel relaxed about your next career steps, it’s vital that you use a template to define what your ideal job looks like. You can then measure career opportunities that show up for you.
