What will my Executive Coaching program do for you?
I suggest we discuss Executive Coaching for you if you’re in a senior role in your organisation and you want to do any of the following:

What happens in an Executive Coaching program?
We’ll design your executive coaching program specifically for you. You can be confident that you’ll reach your targeted outcomes. You can be assured of complete confidentiality. And we’ll work in a time efficient way that takes care of your particular logistical requirements.
- We’ll start with a discussion about your needs from coaching and we’ll determine exactly what results would make you exceedingly pleased that you’d made the decision to proceed.
- From there we’ll determine where you’re currently placed compared to your targeted outcomes. I’ll gather your views, perceptions, thoughts and feelings; have you complete a couple of assessments; we might decide to get some feedback from others; or perhaps we’ll decide that I’ll observe you on-the-job. Whatever approach we end up using will give us a clear view of where our efforts need to be placed in the upcoming months so that your outcomes are achieved.
- My recommendation is normally that we meet face-to-face, twice a month for your regular coaching sessions, either in your office or mine. If regional differences make that difficult, we’ll find a way around them without impacting the effectiveness of your program.
- In your coaching sessions we’ll focus on doing whatever needs to be done to close the gaps between what’s currently happening and what you want to happen. We’ll work with your real-life situations. We might leverage some of your existing strengths, add to your repertoire of behaviours, give you some more options by adding to your skill base in a particular area, or figure out a new perspective on something—we’ll do whatever is going to give you the results you’re after and have you feeling confident that your talents are being put to good use.
- We’ll also take advantage of occasional between-session telephone conversations or emails. You’ll notice that I’m responsive and attend to your needs in a timely fashion. (Because I aim to be responsive, I work with only a small number of coachees at any point in time, usually around 12.)
- You’ll be provided with your own personalized Executive Coaching Resource Centre. Your customized, password protected web site will give you immediate and convenient 24x7 access, via the Internet, to a valuable library of resource documents and materials that will support you on your coaching journey.
- Organisational sponsorship is required to support a monthly retainer and a one-off fee to cover time and costs involved in the initial diagnosis.
